👉 How does an exchange work if the size doesn't fit me?
We know that ordering a jersey without trying it on is a bit of a leap of faith! If your size isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Since we make our swimwears ourselves in our workshop in Guadeloupe, we'll do everything we can to find a solution: exchange, alteration, or re-production if the item is out of stock.

Each Jubai swimsuit is handmade in Guadeloupe (Made in France), using OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabric, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances for you and the environment. And for every swimsuit purchased, we plant coral to contribute to the preservation of marine life worldwide.
👉 How do I choose my size when I am between two sizes?
Each Jubai style has its own size guide; you can ask our WhatsApp agent for details. Fits vary from collection to collection. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort, especially for tops. You can also send us your measurements directly by email or on Instagram, and we'll guide you personally!
